What are Reject Fragrances?
There are many reasons why a product might be a reject. These can range from a change in recipe, printing error, damaged stock or region specific stock that can no longer be sold in a particular region.
All this unwanted stock that cannot be sold in a retail store end up in a reject warehouse and sold at discounted rates directly to consumers in other countries.

Where are you based?
Our head office and fulfilment center is based in Johannesburg however our store is exclusively online.
How long does Delivery usually take?
Delivery usually takes on average 2 and 4 Working Days for major centers. If you are based in a far outlying or rural area - this will take up to 7 working days.
Do you offer tracking information?
Yes. After orders are processed and packaged - you will receive a tracking number once its handed over to the Courier. Allow 2 working days to receive your tracking number.
Can I request a product that's not available on the site?
Yes, you can send us a DM on Insta / FB or WhatsApp requesting a product and we will try our best to source it for you.
