Shipping Policy

We offer standard insured shipping from our shipping partner, Fastway Couriers.

After processing of the order, the items will be dispatched to be delivered do your doorstep. Orders will take on average between 2 and 4 working days to arrive unless you fall outside the regular metropolitan areas then it can take up to 7 working days depending on how often the couriers come to your area. Working days do not include weekends and public holidays.

If you have not received a tracking number within 48 working hours of placing the order, feel free to contact us so we can update you.

Shipping costs are R99 for all domestic locations for orders under R600 and FREE for orders equal to or over R600.
